    Business Growth

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within health and social care.

    To be legally responsible to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the regulated activities provided by Bubble Care Group Ltd. The Registered Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that services meet CQC standards, regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding, person-centred care.


    2. Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Compliance

    • Ensure the service is fully compliant with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.

    • Act as the “Registered Manager” with CQC, taking accountability for the safe and effective delivery of regulated activities.

    • Lead, inspire, and manage staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

    • Develop and embed a culture of safeguarding, continuous improvement, and reflective practice.

    Service Quality & Delivery

    • Ensure care and support provided meets the highest standards of dignity, respect, and independence.

    • Oversee the development and review of care/support plans and risk assessments.

    • Monitor quality through audits, feedback, and service reviews.

    Leadership and Management

    • Provide effective leadership to staff, promoting a positive and supportive culture.

    • Line manage, supervise, and appraise staff performance, ensuring accountability.

The Senior Support Worker will take on additional responsibilities including mentoring support staff, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

    Service User Support

    • Deliver care and support in line with individual support plans.

    • Promote service users’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

    • Support service users in achieving personal goals, community inclusion, and skill development.

    • Respond appropriately to challenging behaviours using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).

    Leadership and Teamwork

    • Act as a role model for Support Workers, demonstrating best practice in all aspects of care.
